Classic Legend MkII 680i Interconnect

The Classic Legend MkII 680i Interconnect advances Siltech’s proprietary G9 silver-gold conductor technology through a more sophisticated cable architecture designed for high-performance analogue signal transmission.

At its core are conductors made from Siltech’s pure silver-gold alloy G9. Siltech’s proprietary silver-gold metallurgy forms the conductor foundation of the Classic Legend MkII family, combining silver with gold to address microscopic imperfections within the conductor material.

The 680i is available in dedicated RCA and XLR configurations. The RCA version uses two cores, while the balanced XLR version uses three, providing architectures suited to single-ended and balanced analogue connections.

Alongside its G9 signal conductors, the 680i incorporates a monocrystal copper ground and Siltech Special Multicell construction. PEEK, Siltech Resonance Damping and Teflon form part of the insulation system, creating a carefully controlled environment around the conductors.

Special Wide-range Shielding provides additional protection around the signal path from unwanted electrical influence. Together, these technologies form the dedicated architecture of the 680i.

Compared with the 380i, the 680i retains the G9 silver-gold conductors, monocrystal copper ground, Special Multicell construction, Resonance Damping, Teflon and Special Wide-range Shielding, while adding PEEK to its insulation architecture. This represents the next technological progression within the Classic Legend MkII interconnect range.

Available with RCA or XLR connectors, the Classic Legend MkII 680i Interconnect is designed for high-performance analogue connections between source components, preamplifiers and amplifiers.
