Classic Legend MkII 680P Power Cable

The Classic Legend MkII 680P Power Cable takes Siltech’s proprietary G9 silver-gold technology further with an advanced cable architecture developed specifically for the power connection of high-performance audio components.

The 680P uses a three-core configuration built around Siltech’s pure silver-gold alloy G9, complemented by a monocrystal copper ground. Siltech’s proprietary silver-gold metallurgy combines silver with gold to address microscopic imperfections within the conductor material, creating a highly consistent electrical path.

The conductors are incorporated into Siltech Special Multicell construction and combined with Kapton, PEEK and Teflon insulation. This carefully selected combination creates a controlled electrical environment around the conductors and supports stable power transmission to connected components.

Siltech Resonance Damping adds another layer of control to the cable architecture by addressing mechanical influences within the construction. This works alongside the electrical design to provide the more sophisticated architecture that distinguishes the 680P within the Classic Legend MkII range.

Carbon-infused shielding surrounds the cable architecture to provide protection from unwanted electrical influence. Together, the conductor metallurgy, dedicated ground, construction, insulation, resonance damping and shielding technologies create a complete power cable design focused on providing a stable and low-noise foundation for the audio system.

Positioned above the 380P, the Classic Legend MkII 680P introduces a more advanced combination of materials and technologies while retaining the G9 silver-gold conductor technology at the heart of the Classic Legend MkII family.
