The Classic Legend MkII 880D Digital 110 Ohm Cable represents the highest level of 110 Ohm digital audio cabling within the Classic Legend MkII range.
Its dedicated two-core architecture uses pure G9 silver-gold conductors in a twisted-pair construction, combined with Kapton, PEEK and Teflon insulation and Siltech Resonance Damping. Special Wide-range Shielding and Carbon-Infused Shielding provide advanced protection around the signal path, while the 110 Ohm impedance is specifically designed for compatible balanced digital audio connections.
Positioned at the top of the Classic Legend MkII digital cable range, the 880D 110 Ohm brings together the advanced technologies of the series in a purpose-built digital connection.

The Classic Legend MkII 880D Digital 110 Ohm Cable represents the highest level of 110 Ohm digital audio cabling within the Classic Legend MkII range, combining Siltech’s proprietary G9 silver-gold metallurgy with an advanced architecture developed for balanced digital signal transmission.
At its core are two conductors made from Siltech’s pure silver-gold alloy G9. Siltech’s proprietary metallurgy combines silver with gold to address microscopic imperfections within the conductor material and forms the conductor foundation of the Classic Legend MkII family.
Unlike the single-core coax architecture of the 880D 75 Ohm, the 110 Ohm version uses two G9 silver-gold cores arranged in a twisted-pair construction. This dedicated geometry is specifically configured for compatible 110 Ohm balanced digital audio connections.
Kapton, PEEK and Teflon form part of the insulation architecture, while Siltech Resonance Damping provides additional mechanical control within the cable construction. Together, these technologies create a carefully controlled environment around the digital signal path.
Signal protection is further developed through the combination of Special Wide-range Shielding and Carbon-Infused Shielding. This advanced shielding architecture helps protect the digital signal from unwanted electrical influence and forms an integral part of the 880D 110 Ohm design.
