Classic Legend MkII 880 Network Cable

The Classic Legend MkII 880 Network Cable represents the highest level of dedicated network audio cabling within the Classic Legend MkII range, bringing Siltech’s proprietary G9 silver-gold conductor technology to high-performance network-based audio systems.

At its core are four conductors made from Siltech’s pure silver-gold alloy G9. Siltech’s proprietary metallurgy combines silver with gold to address microscopic imperfections within the conductor material and forms the conductor foundation of the Classic Legend MkII family.

The four G9 silver-gold cores are arranged in a twisted-pair construction developed for network signal transmission. This dedicated geometry provides the electrical foundation of the 880 Network Cable and is designed for connections between compatible network audio components.

PEEK and Teflon form part of the insulation architecture, while Siltech Resonance Damping provides additional mechanical control within the cable construction. Together, these technologies create a carefully controlled environment around the conductors.

Signal protection is further developed through the combination of Special Wide-range Shielding and Carbon-Infused Shielding. This advanced shielding architecture helps protect the network signal path from unwanted electrical influence and forms an integral part of the 880 Network design.

Together, G9 silver-gold metallurgy, four-core twisted-pair construction, advanced insulation, resonance damping and dual shielding form a purpose-built architecture for high-performance network audio transmission.
